    I was talking to a modder in xbox live party and he banned me from xbox live and the party I can't remember his gamertag but I need someone to call microsoft to ban him ban him for disrespectful chatting.

    my mate has xbox live on he's xbox one and he's been banned from talking to his friends on the xbox party. How long does it take to remove the ban so he can join party with friends again

    Is this guy hacking?

    The same thing happened to me. My buddy and I were in an invite only party, my friend invited his friend, when they were done talking, I kicked him, every time i do that, he joins back instantly, claiming it says "Disconnected from Xbox LIVE party"

    If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him for further abuse. All suspensions are decided by XBLPET after investigating the matter and no one can help you in the forums nor can the phone support help you.

    He can't talk about it. Third party option repairs is illegal to Xbox Live. MS have the right to ban the console if they find out.

    Good timing, I think. After nearly 3 months of telling me I had bought him the wrong headset, my son has just discovered how to talk to friends on other platforms, though it sounds complicated and he says he can't do it without other Xbox players being
