Communication Suspension Confusion

I was given a 2 week communications suspension on 12/22 (for what I still don't know). I filed a case review and the moderator said I was given a 1 week communication suspension and upheld the decision with no details. Does the mod (XBLPET THETA) not know
how to count or did they shorten my communication suspension? Also, why is the permanent suspension impact listed on temporary suspensions -- it doesn't make sense. This whole arbitrary process doesn't make sense, but anybody able to shed some light on this?

non-transparent moderating system is obviously not very efficient.

Hi Andy,

I have the same issue, my console says it's a permanent suspension but my enforcement page says it was just for 3 days of communication suspension. Now 5 days after that my enforcement says I have a "perfect history" but I'm still banned. What did you do or how did you get your account back?

Yes I understand xbox support can't do anything only people who can is the enforcement team who people can't get in contact with. But my main question is if someone gets voice communication suspended because of a gamepic and it was not removed is it really because of the gamerpic? Also when did the enforcement team stop doing gamerpic suspensions? Normally if it's because of your gamerpic you get gamerpic suspended not communication suspended. Another thing is how they spammed my account with 12 or 9 4day suspension until it reached 8days. I hear the more suspensions you have on your account the worse the punishment and its a possibility of a permanent ban. So for them to add all them active suspensions to my account kinda have me thinking next time it's going to be permanent over a gamerpic that there is nothing wrong with out of all things.

What did the email say your account was permanently suspended for?

Have you checked the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com to see how long the suspension was for to make sure that it was a permanent suspension?

It would basically depend on what the enforcement team determines and how severe the message is and what part of the code of conduct it violates. Basically you're right about if it's a message concerning marketplace theft, etc. it would be an account ban.
A message with bad language is mainly going to be a communication suspension.

You can receive a permanent communication bad. Account/communication suspensions generally start at 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on how many suspenions you receive. Multiple suspensions will then turn into a permanent ban.
