You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to report and block.

Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. In this case, since its only a 1 day suspension, you'll simply need to wait for it to expire. Side
note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)

When your account is suspended/ban whenever you sign into your an alert of this will pop up. Before you can continue to the next screen you have to check ok. This alert will state the following:

1) when the suspension/ban started

2) why you are suspended/ban

3) what features you dont have access to on Xbox during your suspension/ban

4) how long your suspension is for

I would also like to to note that the duration of the ban must be greater than 24 hours to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team to see exactly why you were banned; if it was not explained to you in a message from Xbox on your console or in an email
linked to your gamertag.

Sometimes bans refer to past reports, so it may be something you did weeks ago. Usually, you receive an email or xbox live message with the reason.
