    i was recently suspended from xbox and my xbox is telling me it’s a perma ban but people on the forums are telling me that it’s an issue that’s saying temp bans are perma bans, i’ve tried checking how long my ban is on the website but my suspension isn’t showing up, i’ve tried contacting tech support but their stupid online assistant has proven to be no help

    It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.
