I did not do nun to get suspended I don't even play Monday-Thursday and I got it Thursday for cheating an I'd like to start a petition to take down the enforcement team

It does take time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints so the suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks before it was issued.

For information about why you were suspended, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Since it's only a 24 hour suspension it is not eligible for a case review, so all you can do is wait it out.
