I was suspended for no reason on my xbox.

I woke up today with a message on my xbox that I was suspended. I look at the website and it says I was suspended for telling a kid that he made me loose a online game. What can I do to fix this?

If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with this issue.

there has to be something we can do as paying customers. this is completely unethical. how can a business get away with this? a paying customer is denied access to the service they are paying for and not even able to speak to the people who are making the
decision to suspend?

I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?
