I was suspended for no good reason at all

I sent a message to a friend and am suspended for two weeks. Sure, it could be classified as unsporting communications or something, but he is one of my closest friends, so I obviously meant nothing by it.

Suspended for no reason at all

I wasn’t even online at the time and I got banned and did nothing previous to this to get banned for anything and it was in communication when I hadn’t talked to anyone at all. And I didn’t do anything yesterday or previous to that to get reported for!?

Investigations can take time, so the suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks before it was enforced. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

You can log into enforcement.xbox.com to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.

Suspension can take time to process, so it maybe several days since the incident took place as they review the case, chat and voice.

You should be able to make a case review using the link on the email you received.

Hello, you would be best posting your question in the account suspensions section of the forum, the following link should direct you there. Please include the gamertag of the banned account in your post and in time you should receive some sort of explanation
as to why the account was banned.
