    I was suspended for an argument CLEARLY started by the reporting player


    The Xbox Live enforcement team is so full of BS and it's pissing me off. I was playing the game Fortnite: Battle Royale, and I was playing music, which could be heard through my mic while in a cross platform multiplayer game chat. Keep in mind, this is
    a FORTNITE GAME CHAT, which has nothing to do with Xbox at all. No one there had a mic except for my friend. I then got messaged by one of the kids in chat who said "Kid shut up", "Ur a squeaker", spam invited me then when I didn't join said "U scared to join",
    "Exactly shut up kid". Now at first I was cursing him out in game chat, since he was still able to hear anyone who spoke, but when he eventually left the chat, I began messaging him back instead. He said he was going to report my messages, which were extremely
    similar to his, not to mention the fact that he had messaged me first. On top of that, I only sent two messages. Wanna know how many he sent me? SEVEN FRICKEN MESSAGES! I reported him and his messages multiple times (and no I did not spam report the same things
    over and over), yet within minutes, I have a communication suspension yet still, over an hour and a half later, NOTHING has happened to him. Now I am banned from communicating until 9/12 at 3:24 AM for something someone else started. Then they have the audacity
    to show me a little message in the corner saying "Customer support cannot assist in this situation" along with having Case Review "temporarily" closed. And then they wonder why almost everyone likes PlayStation 10 times more. An Xbox Live Customer Service
    worker better do something, if the punk who started the argument then reports me for talking back is still able to speak then my suspension better get lifted.

    I'm automatically logged in on microsoft.com but now on the enforcement site, then when I press the sign in button nothing happens.

    Hi Shaun.

    I have just been the with the Safari and MS Edge browser, so it should be working. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or another browser ? From time to time, there has been some login issues. Can you login to your account @ account.microsoft.com and
    then go to the enforcement page ?

    enforcement.xbox.com.

    Always Report and Block toxic players and never engage with then, that's my best advice.

    So is there literally no other way to apply for Case Review? It's a day later and this multi-billion dollar company couldn't even manage to fix a sign in issue. I'm honestly thinking about switching to PlayStation and that wouldn't even be a thought if
    I wasn't so used to Xbox controllers. I just don't even get how there can be a bug where you can't sign in.
