I was suspended for 2weeks on friday the perminate ban on sunday plz help me im sorry

i have not been truly honest abot my case reviews leading towards my perminate ban and im sorry so im just gonna spill it i have used bad language but people have use it back at me and i know that is not a excuse and im sorry yes i have had promblems in
the past with the code of conduct and i wanna change but its hard when people talk crap and when they do i cant help but talk crap because im in the moment and then i look back and say that was that a good idea and the answer is no but what im trying to say
is that i do use false language but no to the extent of a perminate ban and some times people report me when i do better then them or send me hate messages and i just reply back with sarcasm. But what im really trying to say is can i get one more chance ill
do anything ill change my act i no i have had problems in the past but the past is the past please try to find the kindness in your heart to do that. Have a good morning and you no what they say when people get a extra chance they change and learn from there

error code trying to access daily challenges in Microsoft Solitare

I am unable to access the Daily Challenges in Microsoft Solitaire...I have not uploaded to the new Windows 8.1 upgrade however this lack of access issue has been on going for over 2weeks...plz help....

Microsoft can you please like unban Me because idk what I've done to get ban like I just got out of suspension for 2weeks and you guys just perminate ban me for voice harassment when I don't have a mic and I don't harass because I have fun it's just when
teenagers get angry when I kill them once on gta and they killed me like so many times and they say they're gonna hack my account offline like that's a threat and you guys do nothing so please just help out okay because I don't want to start over on a new
account with none of my online game saves and all my games that were brought on my account like please just reconsider bloke I'm really disappointed that I'm suspended for faulse info from people like I don't do anything to anyone I have a good time so here's

To many suspensions will lead to a permanent ban.

Just report & block anyone being abusive over xbox live.If you retaliate in way that violates the ToU/CoC you run the risk of enforcement action against you.
