I was suspended and it went from 3 days to 11?

So I was recently suspended from communication on my account. It wasn’t even me playing at the time, my cousin was on my Xbox. He was playing rainbow six siege and apparently some kids kept on team killing him for no reason. They then proceeded to send rude messages along with have others begin to kill my cousin and then send messages to my account as well. My cousin unfortunately is unaware of Xbox’s rules and called him a [mod removed]. My account was immediately hit with a three day suspension. I put in for an appeal and hoped for the best but wasn’t expecting much. get it, fine. But I get on today to play a multiplayer game and it says my account is suspended for another 11 days and cannot play with other players online. I pay for the service and explained the situation. There is no way I’m going 2 weeks without being able to use what I payed for. I still have the messages they sent that is clearly an Indication of them harassing in the game. Thanks for the help Xbox. I want to play my games and use the service I pay for.

The enforcement team do not use the forums and they are the only ones who handle suspensions. A case review is the only way to contact them. Keep in mind, per the terms of service, you are responsible for your account at all times.

When I went to go and play my game it said that my account was suspended which I knew that from 3 days prior it was at that time just for communication reasons which would’ve been fine but I’m not sure why they decided to suspend me online days after they
originally suspended me. But I’m pretty sure when I went to go play it just said my account was suspended, I just dont get why playing online is suspended if its not listed under the suspension list on the enforcement page.

1. Suspension length varies based on the severity of the situation and any past enforcement actions.

2/3. Submitting a case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team. The site seems to be having issues today as nobody who has been suspended an see information about their suspension.

4. The enforcement team investigates every report they receive and do not issue suspensions based only off of a report.

5. No. Compensation is not given for suspensions.

I was suspended for one day via Communication 11/4/15 my suspension was uplift on 11/5/15 I am now having Communication issues it seems like it's my headset wire but Xbox live customer service said its from my suspension. How can I fix this issue?
