i was suspended 7 days due to playing GTA5 for communications

You know it's bad, a Rated M game, and children still play it, they ruin the game by many things, one a game that involves in a lot of nasty talk, kids get offended by it, people are being banned for that reason which kids are false reporting people,
i've played a few rounds and had a nasty squicker scream and say some BS crap all throughout the game, so i told him to shut the hell up, well he didn't like it, so he reported me, really....this is Grand theft Auto 5, and kids are going off and reporting
people for saying some curse words, like what the hell, there are people being victims that are being permanently banned or suspended, if you call them a hacker, ooooo they don't like it, even when you have solid proof, they will get their online buddies
to help report You, which could get you banned/suspended, which a lot will do, and it's not fair for others to get banned for someone who didn't play the game with you, only that person, I'm about sick of microsoft doing things like that, what now? anytime
someone says jesus they get banned?, like come on, Grand theft auto 5(RATED M, for Mature Teens to Adults NOT KIDS under the age and influence of the game. In the campaign...ooooo you got a lot of nasty talk from npcs to regular bystanders npcs, i ever wonder
if they trade to report the npcs....

like really, you can't just read through this and say, man this guy is totally wrong, no i'm right, i can go through the internet and find every little video out their, of people getting banned for no reason for a game that allows you to curse, or people
typing in chat to cause other people to get banned for saying a certain word, or not even that, from kids yelling at you, telling them to shut up, or if a kid was hacking and you called them out for hacking so they report you for hackusating, then they get
there other friends to help increase that chance of you being banned from the report.

i don't see microsoft dealing with the issue, i see a machine that is doing there job without them ever looking through a report, can they just accept reports that have a added on clip/footage? therefor people are not being accused for certain things
and are paying the price for what they did not do wrong, but that person who did had made the problem and is having a time of his/her life laughing at you.

Suspended Account

Is it possible to have a secondary review on a suspended account. My account was suspended for 7 days based on communications. I don't recall any behavior that would support a suspended account, especially a 7 day suspension. How do I get more information
regarding this issue?

So I received an email on October 20th telling me that my account had been suspended from multiplayer for 7 days and communication for 30days on all accounts, however it has passed 7 days and I don’t have access to multiplayer services

 

The ratings only apply to the games themselves. Everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone. That is per the code of conduct you agreed to when you signed up. There are no games that allow you to curse. In situations like that, report the other
person and block communications with them.

 

you should definatley reach out to the xbox enforcement team and submit a case review

 

no, don't even try to go there, E rated for everyone...mhm, like anyone reads the code of conduct, im sure that a game that SAYS its rated M, no damn child is allowed to play it, so why in the hell do they allow children to play it when it is strictly
not allowed for them, so those who are at the age to play it, can play it, Grand Theft Auto 5, follows a lot of cursing, strict words, and other things, and sometimes the community isn't always the best, you have many games with different rules to strict rules,
but if you were to curse or yell at somebody they don't give a crap, unless you have read it fully yourself, those who are under the age of a game that is written only for those who are at the age to play a game which has a rating for Adults, NOT Children,
im not even in the fault by a little, everyone on grand theft auto 5, curses, says crap, all kind of stuff, but alot of us are being report and taken down from the game because the way we speak or talk, and some kid is taking it by offense, which they should
know they aren't allowed to play it

 

i have, but i cannot make anything on a review, simply put it, im screwed, the code of conduct is just a misly piece of long annoying paper, listed with words every game to every single place has it, that noone reads or listen to it, simply it is ignored
and forgotten, and i can tell you that from the truth, noone reads it, some people will lie and say they read it, hell they probley read 5 lines and went through the rest without reading, Rated E for everyone? (okay then i guess a game that is Rated M is for
everyone to) but, there are boundaries and rules, kids have their games, while us adults have our games, if a child were to play a Rated M game they would get in trouble with there parents, but some do not care, they should automatically be kicked out of that
game, for Entering a Rated M game, so why would they make reports that are system read only, and not manually checked, usually about 7 to more reports were to make on you in that single day, you can get banned, just because its machine fed, noone of the microsoft
deals with the issue, only allowing an AI to fix your issue, while you sit countless hours on the damn phone trying to contact them.

 

Ratings don't mean children can't play it period. They can't purchase them, but as long as parent gives them permission they are allowed to play. Not all adults wants to hear that kind of stuff while playing either.

 

lol, even if that was a thing, again, someone that you had a problem with, and they had a problem with you, simply put it, they need your IGN, example name DuhDumbDog, the person that both have the same problem, you the DuhDumbDog would report/block him,
the child however would do the same thing, but how ever, they tend to gang up and get there little friends on to report you also, its been going on ever sense, and microsoft has done nothing to ever fix that issue, because, AGAIN, it's machine fed, machine
worked, they dont go and manually check for false reports or anything, they let the machine do the work, while a number of reports in a single day could cost your account being banned

 

if i could, but i can't, simply they like to change and fuck shit up, this has been going on for many years, and still screw stuff up, they don't fix it, they simply just push the dirt, up under the rug

 

and no games that allow you to curse, not to be rude, but are you that seriously dumb? in question, then what the hell is a RATED M GAME, which has a lot of damn profanity, cursing and other crap, which they game dev's HAVE NO DAMN PROBLEM, i can go and
play a game, which has a damn lobby full of people cursing like damn hell, and they dont get in trouble....but with a kid that enter the chat, everyone is gone, because he reported them for cursing and saying whatever

 

As I said, the game itself is rated for that reason. That rating is only for the game itself. It does not mean you are allowed to curse on Live which is not rated and has to remain E for everyone.

 

Reports are actually checked by the enforcement team, not a machine. You can't be banned just for getting a lot of reports in a single day. It only takes 1 valid complaint to receive a suspension. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not
get a suspension as long as you haven't done anything to violate the code of conduct.
