    Based on my experience it usually takes 72 hours. Kindly check your junk and spam folders just in case you received the account escalation results there.

    my old gamertag was LL. yes i still get the email with my account updates and it still shows my gamerscore and zero activity for last month. i got that email on the 14th which was last saturday. im positive its the same email unless the person who
    hacked my account changed the email somehow, but then i probably wouldnt be receiving the email updates

    Yes i received an email from someone saying there had been no unauthorised access or hacking on my account. My account was locked during the investigation however my account has not been unbanned? :(

    Just an fyi - My account was hacked monday night, I found out very early tuesday morning, had the UA put on and I just minutes ago (Weds.) received a confirmation email that they are working on my case. I did call back to confirm my alt email, as well, earlier

    Locked out of Microsoft account because of a faulty email address; how can I regain access?

    As I mentioned earlier, I have a copy of the confirmation email I received when I activated a prepaid Minecraft card, At the bottom of the email, it mentions that saving this information makes it easier to receive help in case access to the email account is lost, which is exactly what has happened here. Is this something that could help?
