Try removing the account from the xbox and then add it back again. You can also try a hard reset by holding the power button in on the console for 10 seconds then reboot.

It's possible your suspension has been extended to 100 day suspension which is why it doesn't show on the enforcement site.

You can contact support
here & they should be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

yeah I got email about a 100 day ban from xblpetpublic thats is just unfair I get unbanned on January 20th they taking things too far I talking to a guy chilling and I was swearing Cus that's what friends do to each other when you communicate but This guy
reports just for no reason and got me banned twice so I reported him only got him banned once.

No I pre ordered September 9th I think it was, and yesterday they said they tried taking payment, nothing alerted me on my bank.

But no payment has been taken, just on my xbox, should I leave it a few days? To see if they take payment.. or should I try again to pay?

My console was one of those consoles and it got unbanned 2 or 3 weeks ago. And it happened during Labor Day weekend which is in between the dates of August 29 & September 9. And I can get on xbox Live and talk to all my friends it just won't let me play
Modern Warfare 2 or get on Netflix.
