I was reported for "harassment" when a cheater responded to me calling her out

I was in a team deathmatch and a player with a name I can't remember was cheating and I said something and they kept responding to me so responded back and they threatened to report me so I didn't say anything but bye the they reported me.

I got banned for harassment when I was chat banned and voice banned

Recently I was banned for calling a player [Mod Removed] after he had team killed in a spiteful behavior he then reported me, I was fine with that but 2 days later I get banned for harassment when I couldn't even talk at all with anyone if anyone can help
please, I don't know how I got banned if I can't even talk to anyone.

Problem with a sanction

Hello,

In a game today, someone harassed me, i ask him to stop and he continue during all the game (around 20min)

At the end, he reported me for harassment and i was banned

Just tell me why i am banned for this.

I suffer this harassment and i am bannished because he reported me first ?

Just tell me what's the problem !

Sorry to hear it. First off I'd like to say that it's best not to get sucked into an argument with people as they do this to try and get people suspended.

With that being said, the PET investigate every claim against an account prior to laying an enforcement. If you've done nothing against the ToU and CoC of the Live service then you have nothing to worry about.

Phone and chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. As long as you've filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will look into it. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Stop hiding behind rules.

This is someone I know personally and I've been following what's been going on with her and how she's been trying to report this. When someone is harassing another player, maybe instead report the damn perv instead of saying pansy ass **** like 'calling
out other gamers is not allowed on the forums'. She's not calling out a gamer. She's calling out a predator who is harassing her.

I focus on reporting players who ruin the fun of everyone else in the game. This mainly pertains to hackers and cheaters but I will also report those who are going out of their way to excessively harass others.

When you mute and block the person, are you then sending or responding to any of their messages? By responding to a message, you unblock them.

Just report messages for harassment, mute and block and never respond. Enforcement will review any messages and take the necessary action.
