I was reported by [Mod Removed] who threatened to fry my router.

It all started when I won a game on black ops 2 the guy invites me to a party since I don't know him I do not join, the guy named "[Mod Removed]" sends me a message saying next game I get in he will hit me offline I acknowledge his threat
and continue to ignore him, next message he says if you do not join my party he will fry my router. I still don't join because I don't believe him. I send him a message saying I told my friends to report him which was the right thing to do, well a couple days
go by and the guy signs into multiple accounts and false reports which get me communication banned for two days which this is why I am making this post. Please help if you can and if you need see I have screen shots of his and my conversation.

Getting Threats

I was just threatened and so was Microsoft.....its in my messages...they said they will "fry my modem" and crash Microsoft network and steal my money....LMAO....[Mod Removed]......I caught them using invisible glitch told them I was reporting
them and they decided to send me really nasty messages.....LMAO Microsoft be warned.....they are mad as hell I reported them lolololololololololol

 

Harsh Console Ban

My account: TMJ. GT who reported me (2 accounts): "[Mod Removed]" and
[Mod Removed]" Both of these accounts claim to be the same person which is true.

I got console banned for calling this person "overweight" and was labelled as abuse and harassment which i got a 2 week Xbox live console ban, than a one month communication console ban by saying that phrase and i'm not even exaggerating.

I do acknowledge what i said was wrong and that i'm sorry for what i said, but a 1 month console ban?

In that same conversation i had with the Xbox user who reported me, he literally called me an "autistic ****" and also threatened ME to "fry my router" which is more than harassment if i do say so myself... I reported him TWICE and guess what... he didn't
even get a ban.

I reported him 3-4 weeks ago.

I just want to find answers on the un-fair treatment against me and as to why it happened in the first place. I hope the enforcement team could also review the case and remove my suspension from console and also give him a ban that he deserves, that would
be nice.

http://enforcement.xbox.com If you already filed complaints on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

 

I have reported the guy although I shouldn't have been banned in the first place I have been loyal to Xbox for nearly 6 years. If if the Xbox team looks into and bans the guy that still doesn't stop me from being banned my self, you know it's a twisted system
when it protects people that intend harm. If anyone higher up see's this please review me and the guys message between the both of us you can clearly see that he deserves a ban and I should have never been banned.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums.
