    I was redirected YET AGAIN to here


    I have contacted support three times in the past two weeks about this issue and they sent me to Xbox rewards support who sent me back to regular support who sent me to the xbox rewards forum who sent me here. For the past three months, I have completed the
    xbox quests, but I have not received a mystery gift or any indication of my participation. I know I have completed the requirements because for the multiplayer or gameplay requirements, I would time my play. I am getting tired of nothing being done about the
    rewards that I have missed and the lack of progress being shown. The quest tracker hasn't updated for me since this all began, and I would like something to be done about it.

    Not received Quantum Break or Alan Wake codes

    Hello I just spoke to customer support who redirected me here, I have not yet received any QB PC or Alan Wake codes after pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

    Sorry to see that you have been passed around from pillar to post regarding this. You may be better off reaching out to Microsoft Rewards Support as Xbox Rewards have merged with Microsoft Rewards support.

    That's the thing, I HAVE contacted them. And they're the ones who sent me to the forum in the first place.

    Quests are not part of either Rewards program. This forum is supposed to be the correct place to receive support for them, but support has been MIA.

    I would love to know where the support has disappeared to for Quests. This is ridiculous. Why have a program if you can't keep it up?
