    I was recently suspended for something I did not do is there a way to appeal it or get it...


    Recently an old friend of mine who i cut ties with due to them being a bad person recently DMed me over xbox chats calling me a slur which I reported and then blocked him. But the next day i was given a suspension as well as 2 strikes and all the details says was the N racial slur in all caps which i have never said before let alone said in a message. I was wondering if there is a way i could possibly get rid of hte suspension and/or the strikes since they were false.

    Appealing a ban

    You will never get banned as a "joke".

    If you were suspended then it's because you did something to violate the ToU/CoC.

    Info on how to appeal a suspension has already been posted but your friends should be aware that attempting to abuse the reporting feature can lead to them being suspended as well.

    How can I appeal a wrongful suspension?

    A case review is the only way to appeal a suspension so if you are not eligible for a case review due to the length of your suspension then there is no other way to appeal it.

    Buying/selling is not allowed in LFG posts,even for in game currency, so i highly doubt the suspension would be overturned anyway.

    I know other people do it & if they get reported then they'd be suspended as well.

    We need to have a discussion, or a debate.

    They suspended me for no reason..

    There's no way they would ban me if I did something 2 years ago....

    I haven't modded , joined, or did anything containing mods, or exploits, at all.

    The are definitely suspended people if they think something's up.

    Why do i get suspended for something that others do not?

    People are getting suspended for that all the time. The ones you still see are people who don't care and continue to do it or people who don't know they're breaking the rules. But if all of those posts are reported, those players will get the same thing. There are just so many people playing the game also that there just continues to be a lot of the same posts.
