Unfortunately you may have some resolution incompatibilities with that TV. Smaller TVs generally use non standard resolutions that pose a problem for consoles. The only thing I would say to try is to go find yourself an old Xbox 360 Component AV cable
(not the red yellow white composite) and try them since its an Analog signal it may work. At most the cables will be 5 to 10 bucks.

I've had my Xbox one since launch, and did not have an issue until recently. I have Dish network HD, all of a sudden SciFy watching gives me an HDCP error. At first I could change the channel back and be fine, lately that is not working. I found that I can
pull the HDMI plug out and put it back in, then it works.

I have a samsung 3D Smart TV and a Samsung sound bar.

Connection: Dish receiver connected to sound bar with XBOX One HDMI Cable, standard HDMI going from sound bar to TV.

I'm with the same problem. For me, when i plug the hdmi input from my xbox on my cable TV set-top, the tv works, but in a green image (i can see the image in different green tones, audio works).

But plug my cable TV set-top directly to tv (same cable, same hdmi port), it works fine, i don't have this issue.

If i plug my computer instead tv on xbox hdmi input, (same cable), works fine too!

So, my hdmi cable seems works fine, my cable tv set-top seems works fine, my hdmi cable seems works fine, the hdmi input port from xbox seems works fine, but this specific configuration, de cable tv device plugged on xbox, does not work!!!

If you want to use your xbox to control your tv, then you want to plug your cable box or satellite into the hdmi in port on the xbox one. then you connect the hdmi out port of the xbox one to the hdmi in port on your tv(however to watch tv your xbox one
has to be on for the signal to pass through). I personally do not use the tv function of my xbox one,because I don't want to have to have my xbox on to watch tv. I have my cable box plugged into the hdmi in port of my tv, and my xbox one plugged into another
hdmi in port. Then when I want to play I just switch the input on my tv.

If someone has been messing with the TV settings, then the first thing to do would be to unplug the Xbox, reset the TV settings to factory defaults and then plug the Xbox back in again.

As to the 640x480 resolution, I believe that is the default resolution when there's an issue. When I used my One X with my LG CX TV, sometimes I would turn it on and the resolution would be that and it usually required me to unplug the hDMI from either the TV or Xbox before plugging in again

Not sure about the audio issue. However, given the audio and video issues, it does sound like it's most likely an issue with either the HDMI port on either the TV or the Xbox or the HDMI cable itself

Of course, the simplest option to check whether it's TV or Xbox would be to plug it into another TV or even a computer monitor
