Discus and support I was recently banned for communication and multiplayer it has ended although i cant ... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; im still banned after my ban has ended allthough i can play online i cant communicate via message or party chat is there a way to fix this please help...     im still banned after my ban has ended allthough i can play online i cant communicate via message or party chat is there a way to fix this please help ive tried a hard rest,restarting and more and im still banned.

    2 week console ban is over and I still can't play

    More than 2 weeks ago, my xbox one console was banned from communication and online multiplayer for exactly 2 weeks. The ban ended 4 days ago and yet I still can't communicate with my friends and play online multiplayer. I can't contact the enforcement team
    in a case review because my ban isn't active anymore. When will I be able to play and communicate again? Can someone at Xbox support please help me?

    Communication ban

    Hi, I got communication banned awhile back and currently still am. I went and checked the enforcement and the ban ended already but I still can not communicate.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    I doubt multiplayer will be dead in a month, although interest in it is bound to wane if BioWare become lax on community events. It's the only effective way out of three to increase Galactic Readiness quickly, although I must say the impact it has on the
    ending is very... minor.

    The enforcement team does a thorough investigation on all reports before acting on any reports. If you truly did nothing then they do not ban you just because you got several reports, this is a myth. But if it was a mistake you can file a case review.
    As part of the case review process you will have to take a quiz over the code of conduct and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hrs before trying again https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

    There are more reasons for ban then just messaging for chat. Check out the link for "Stay Safe" as it will give you info about the code too.
