I was promised at the E3 conference that by changing around my avatar and account settings my Xbox account would be flagged for a free Xbox one S, after doing so we haven't heard anything back from Microsoft. I feel almost as if Microsoft is trying to pretend
that this offer has never existed to keep random Microsoft users from cashing in on this deal. Any help.. And I mean real help not some random Microsoft worker who wants to chime in and say that this offer never existed because they simply don't know about
it and never went to the E3 conference. Basically anyone working for Microsoft even Bill Gates himself if need be who can assist my issue would be greatly appreciated. This was an exclusive E3 offer Not given to the general public and I would like to recieve
my Xbox one S that was so kindly Promised to me at E3 as I have completed all requirements including the attendance to the E3 conference. It's been roughly a month now since this issue has arose and to be completely honest I'm very frustrated and completely
disappointed in Microsoft as a whole for not following through for a fellow gamer and xbox fan. Because microsoft has failed to deliver they're promise i have spent a countless amount of time trying to resolve this issue on my own personal time(which I do
not have the luxury of having a lot of this). Any REAL help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank your time. ~Sincerely a very dissatisfied customer

    :)

  2. Where is my free Xbox One S?

I attended the Xbox E3 event and I attended Xbox One S conference at E3 and Microsoft gave me specific steps to get an Xbox One S for free. I got home from the event and I was able to access my Xbox so therefore I couldn't put the secret codes in or change
my avatar for the code. I don't know if it was changed from the update or what. I really want that Xbox one S.I am a loyal Xbox costumer and I would like it if I could get it.

    I didn't receive my E3 Mixer Pot

I watched the E3 Xbox Conference on the Xbox Channel using my Mixer app on my android phone and I haven't received anything that indicates that I have got something from the Mixer Pot.

I watched the whole conference and saw the notifications about E3 mixer pot on the conference but nothing in the app signified me recieving anything or an email or a message from Xbox being received on my Xbox one.

I am confused as to why I didn't get anything, this was the first time using Mixer and I am worried that the app freezing occasionally could have possibly been a problem.

My Mixer account is linked to my Xbox account. Please get back to me if there's any information you may also need.

    Thank you.

Apparently you don't know much about ms

Bill Gates has little to do with ms

Since the change in management 4 years ago

He is jusf a member of the board has little to do with the running of the company

If the promotions team.says it doesn't exist there is nothing you can do but goto whoever gave you the info

FYI based on past events that's never how ms or Sony does events

Ms would have consoles readily available for conference goers but they haven't done that in years

And you aren't allowed to post the same issue multiple times if you were already answered the first time

You can always check with Larry hyrb aka major nelson

Who is the director of programing and most likely you would've seen him at the e3 conference

    His site is majornelson.com

  9. Another user that went to E3 apparently dealt with the same guy: forums.xbox.com/.../2196994.aspx

Here's what you need to know:

    • There was no Xbox giveaway at E3.
    • You will not get a free Xbox One S.
    • That guy is a liar. Do not believe his lies.
    • It is absolutely recommended that you
revert any changes you were told to make on your console and avatar.
    • It is also absolutely recommended that you
      change your account password.
    • This could all be a ploy to phish your account details through probably a fancy security exploit.
Getting a "free" $400 console by doing something as simple as changing some system settings should already be setting off some red flags. It's just one of those things that seem
    too good to be true.

Sorry if you were led to believe you were getting a free console. It's just not going to happen.

As a past receiipitant of a free xbox one I can tell you ms would never do that you would have received a console at the e3 conference or have a contact email and phone number

As soon as you saw that fake video things was said like hidden colours email etc

Didn't that give you a redflags that the video is fake? Including violations of the terms of use notice that he didnt use his real account

Ms promotional employees would know if some promotion was up so if they said it didn't happen vs the word of a phisher you better believe xbox over a fake video.or you will be losing thousands in the scam

Handing over your personal info or getting your account with thousands of dollars banned is not worth some jokersters 100s of thousands of likes

Internet expert it's wasn't a guy it was a phishing video posted on youtube

Except if you watched the video and did what he wanted your account gets banned for avatar modification

Assuming you don't lose 1000s of dollars first
