I was playing siege when i got teamkilled then i get a ban when it was his fault

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, doing nothing but defending the objective, as you do. When my own teammate kills me. I had done nothing to aggravate, but he did it anyway. I vote to kick him, because of what he did, in the game. But he sends me a message,
where he apologises, and explains what happened. Long story short it was accident and I thought it was fine and I forgave him.

That's when I go to except his apologies with an Xbox message, when I get hit with a notice of enforcement. He had spam reported me because while he was saying he was writing a sorry, the rest of me reasonable teammates had kicked him from he game for team
killing me. He must have felt like he had to get his revenge for something so minute so he spam reported me like I said to get me banned.

And he had succeed and now I have a 2 week ban, not much but I play Xbox a lot, so I would appreciate if a Xbox Employee I could get unbanned and play with the enabled option of messaging and being in Xbox Live Party with my friends.

You know my gamer tag, but the guy who spam reported me is named AaronBambooo16.

PS. I get this a lot from siege players but I never get banned. Especially for something that isn't my fault.

How can i get someone banned for hateful speech and toxic behavior?

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege when this player teamkilled me because i unconsciously stoled his kills, i teamkilled him once and told him that we were even. He's friend teamkilled me as well, after that he started saying hateful things like
I'm garbage . I did replied with " okay " but he continued harrasing me in game, following me and causing my character health to decrease, they downed and tried to humiliate me by " **** " me until they let me die. I have proof of such actions.

 

Anyway to Get Info on a Ban?

I kept getting teamkilled in R6 Siege Ranked along with others and sent 2 messages, barely fresh off a communication ban I had for a month for a reason similar, say "seriously" and "stop being a c***", I then got banned from communications, then 2 days later
I got banned from Multiplayer completely for threats and harassment when I never threatened or harassed anyone? I put in a request to review but I didn't give all this info since I thought they request it from you in the next stage. But they upheld. Please
someone help. ):

 

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It only takes 1 valid complaint to receive a suspension. You can have a million complaints filed against you but you would only receive a suspension if the enforcement team determines you have done something to violate the code
of conduct.

If you believe the other person did something to violate the code of conduct, you would want to file a complaint on him via the console. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
