    I was playing off line, when i went back online and my account synced, it reverted back to my save from 1/20/25....... is there anyway to fix this or get my progress back?

    Michael_Davis84, if the cloud save for any reason was replaced, I'm afraid it's not possible to recover it from the Microsoft endpoint, but most of the time if it can be achieved from the game support, can you tell me which game it is?

    found it, the save date was changed to 12/12/19. any idea how that happens ?

    because the last online record associated with your profile was that and the local save never synced

    Strict Nat on Xbox one Telus Dlink router

    I can connect to live but have issues playing Battlefield 4. I was able to get a open Nat for maybe a day by turning my upnp off on and and hard starting my xbox one. When I went to play it the next day it had reverted back to a restricted NAT.
