    Hi,

    i bought a Dead Rising 3 Code on Christmas. It was sold by an ebay seller. I downloaded and played without any problem. Since a few days i get the crazy question "Do you own this game or app?" and Error Code is 0x87de07d1 what ever that means.

    YES I DO OWN THIS GAME! I cant install or get it running. What are you doing Microsoft??

    Is this the way you threat your customers?? I read that i now need a new code?!? Why?

    German support doesnt help at all. The support told me the code is "ok".

    They told me they would call or contact me. Nothing happens at all!!!

    Is this the kind of Microsoft Support???

    REGION-FREE this was the reason why i bought my xbox one!!! I am free to buy english, french or german games and can play it everywhere. I want to be free!

    I want my game back online!! I waited now for 2 Weeks and N O T H I N G happens at all !!! I a sick of microsoft Support! Playing Xbox One should be fun! I dont feel it anymore !!! Why you dont inform your customers? You have the email of any customer.
    Every single Xbox One Customer has to sign up to use your console...So why dont you inform you customers???

    I want my game back online!

    Please just do your job!!!

    Actually, this game sucks.

    I really like the look of this game and while I don't currently own an Xbox One, I do want to get one for Christmas and get games like Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5 etc.

    i cant download a 13 gig update

    I put in my Dead Rising 3 disc since before Christmas time and My Xbox didn't prompt for any updates. Nor does it show downloading/installing from "My Games and Apps."

    I didnt get any helpful answer for 4 Weeks from german support/hotline... they told me this is not their problem... i think they didnt know what the problem is and so they told me what they guess...

    Also no answer here in the forum. Why you offer a forum where NOBODY helps with real issues?!?

    Now I got very good support via US Support chat. I never did that before but it was very cool. After around 3 hours of testing i got a new code and now its working!

    It was not a fault of the console. The network was ok. The game cant be installed again. And with a disc version the game starts (without install)diretly without any problem. So it was a problem of my xbox live account. The prepaid code was accepted and
    lost the connection to my xbox live account.

    Very frustrating how long it took to get a real solution. Perhaps this help you to get your code.

    I am not sure if i buy prepaid codes again...this was a very bad experience. You save only a few bucks and you cant sell the game after you finished it.

    Dead Rising 3. I'll play it properly one day, but I played it for 2 hours on day one and haven't since.

    AC: Black Flag. Picked it up for $5, played it for an hour, knew what I was getting into and stopped. I'm done with that series.
