I was permanently suspended on both my account and console, why?

Ive had my account (CancelTopheT) for years, I only ever went in game chat to talk with friends bc I mainly played by myself. And it's been that way since a few years before 2017. I've had a couple enforcement issues but most of them were resolved almost instantly. Once Xbox added the "8 strikes and your out" ordeal I tried changing my pfp to a character flipping off the camera, it worked but as a result i got 4/8 strikes in one go. After dealing with a month ban, I left my pfp alone and was careful who I talked to and what I said. I admittedly have used bad language with my close friends but never anything too serious, and after months of playing solo I log on and get a suspension notification. No warning, no reason, only 4 strikes. Worst part isn't even the games I bought, because most I gameshared with a friend. What really stings are the accounts I was locked out of and only could access through Xbox live, like my Fortnite account. Which I had purchases from chapter one season two all the way into chapter 5 season 1. Literal thousands of dollars, maybe even more, spent on that account. When I submitted an appeal, it was denied immediately without any reason or even an email saying it was denied. I had to find out on the website after refreshing maybe 5 seconds after submitting. I dont understand why or how this could happen, hopefully someone here does.

Just to set your proper expectation that issues related to enforcement actions are solely handled by the Xbox Enforcement team. You can review your enforcement history and submit a case review request to Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team. You may check this link: Enforcements | Xbox Support

You can try submitting a case review request again using different devices or in private browser. It is the only way to get to the dedicated team to address your concern.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! just to clarify, Is your account Permanently suspended or is it your console that's permanently suspended or is it both? If your account is permanently suspended and you're trying to download it to another console,
you won't be able to do so. However, if the account has no enforcement action on it and it's just the console that is permanently suspended, you should be able to download the profile to the new console without issue.

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

As well, when I sign in on my xbox it says permanently suspended so even if it's say just a voice suspension why can't I sign into my account on xbox life, console and app?
