I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

I am posting this at microsoft supports request ;

as of this morning when i woke up, i was perma banned. 250 digital games in my library are gone. I have had ONE prior , 24 hour ban 4 years ago.

I am UNABLE to veiw ANY Reason as to why im banned on the enforcement page, i have not recieve an email as to why i was punished and the option for me to submit a case review is greyed out.

I'm unsure why i was told to post here instead of microsoft support being able to actually give me answers but hey, here i am.

What is perma-bannable, will my xbox tell me automatically that i'm banned, or do i have to wait after a suspension to get notified i'm perma-banned? I need to know because i'm making mistakes and getting suspened. I don't want to get perma-banned.

You shouldnt post personal info such as your serial number here. This is a public community support forum here made up of gamers such as you. So no one from the enforcement team reads these forums nor can give you an explaination to why your xbox was banned.

 

Unfortunately the enforcement team does not use the forums so we would not have any information about your enforcement. Usually any information about the ban would be listed on the enforcement site.

Support does not handle suspensions/bans which is why they don't have any further information.

Nobody on the forums can assist with enforcement issues. All we can do is direct you to the
Xbox Enforcement website from here you should be able to review any enforcement actions and if eligible request a case review.

 

I was instructed by microsoft support to post here, im unable to file a case review as it's greyed out.

 

What's your reputation on the xbox live ? Have you ever insult someone in a game or with the xbox messages ?

 

My reputation on the enforcement page is green, and nothing is listed on my profile as negative; I have my settings set so im unable to hear/recieve messages from players not on my friends list, which also makes it so i can't send/speak to people not on
my friends list so no, i have not.

 

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions.

You should have received an email from the enforcement team to your Microsoft account email telling you what you were perma banned for.

If so what did it say?

 

skt- i apologize for the issue you qre going through. It sounds extremely frustrating.

As we have no access to enforcement issues i can only assume support sent you here because you may not have been banned but are having other issues that tell the system you are.

What system do you have specifically (og/s/x)?

Are you an xbox insider?

If so, are you in preview program, and which ring if yes (alpha/beta/delta/omega)

Any new downloads or update prior to turning it off before the issue manifested?

 

You also have the option to check with the phone or chat support through: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to inquire if there is an enforcement action on your account and for how long. They can't assist
with the enforcement actions, however they should be able to inform you on the actions present in your account
