I was party banned?

So I tried many times to join a party on my Xbox App and I get an error message. Seeing this, appears I can non longer join parties and I may be banned from using parties. What is happening with my Xbox account? That error message either means I am banned
from parties or is discontinued?

To add, if you've been banned you would receive an email from Microsoft.

If you were banned from accessing parties on an Xbox related platform you'll be able to see it on http://enforcement.xbox.com and if you don't see any enforcement actions recently
then that's out of the question and you haven't been banned for anything.

I looked up the error code and it came back with a vague forums post about the same issue from 2018. The conclusion seems to be that its some sort of system error that needs to be waited out. See if you can join a party on a console. If you can then that

it just kind of says to fix your privacy settings, submit app feedback, or contact support for further assistance. I would try all of those. :/

But no, I don't think you've been banned, you wouldn't get an error code if you were I wouldn't think.
