Discus and support I was not sent an Address when I requested a repair order in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I requested a repair order.     I was not sent an Address when I requested a repair order


    I requested a repair order.

    I got sent an email with the Service number and the Serial Number of the console.

    I live in Czech Republic (Czechia) and I do not know where to send my broken Xbox.

    How do I ship my Xbox One for repairs

    It's been 6 days since I requested a repair but I haven't been emailed or sent a "shipping label"

    So i requested an order and it said that my XBox is currently unavailable to submit for repair.

    When I sent it in, I did it through the online request a repair. That way I can put in a detailed report of what is wrong with it. When I have sent in for repairs with the people over the phone they tend to mess it up.

    When you sent a controller for repair (no matter the option that you choose) you are going to receive a prepaid shipping label with a tracking in your email address in up to 48 hours since you opened the repair order

    If the pick up request isn't processed automatically, you can use this tracking number in the carrier's website and request the pickup from there
