    Good evening everyone

    I recently experienced a purchasing error while trying to take advantage of the long-standing run of the promotional discount, I have tried several times to make this purchase this week, I even phoned into customer service to get assistance and was told
    I had to wait till Monday because the department was closed . I called into today this afternoon and I spoke with customer service to get to the bottom of it and I was told that they are open 24/7, I was soooooooo disappointed to hear that I missed the opportunity
    simply because I was provided the wrong information. : (

    Well that was useless. It makes you go thru a bunch of prompts and then tells you to look for an answer online in the help section and then disconnects you.

    EVERY TIME I try to purchase something I get this message

    We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.

    I have to call and get told some BS excuses about why I can't make a purchase at that time. (Your bank is blocking xbox, Xbox thought it was a fraudulent purchase, The Microsoft payment center is down, The xbox network is down and the list goes on and
    on) I make them start a service case about my account and 2 days later I will get an email telling me that I can now make my purchase. I do and it goes thru with no problem. A week or two later I try to make another purchase and it starts all over. I have
    4 separate payment methods on my account from 4 different banks, 2 personal and 2 corporate. I have these same accounts on PS4 and have no problem with any of them on there. I have been on xbox live for 14 years and this crap 2 months ago. If my account does
    not get fixed I'm going to shut it down and make my PS4 my sole entertainment console.

    Sorry to hear you were having an issue with making a purchase on the console. We don't have the ability to retroactively offer one of these promotions, but prices and promotions change all the time. It's best to keep an eye on the console or majornelson.com

    Hello Dom!

    Yes, my purchasing issues has been fixed, I am able to make purchases for now.

    But I'm still waiting for a heads-up about the promotional prices purchase I missed because of this issue. I have been promised to be able to get the same promotional prices for the two games I was trying to purchase while I received this error.
