I was misgiving a perma ban, but they denied my appeal? What am I to do?

However, the Microsoft Customer Support cannot assist us regarding our account suspension or enforcement action because it's being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement team who work offline. We could only get in touch with them if we report a player or apply for a case review. Since your appeal has been denied, I am afraid that we can only do so much about that.

Is there any other way i I can get in contact with them because they denied my appeal even tho I don’t think I deserve a perma ban maybe like a account ban I’ve only been banned 6 times there’s no way I should be at the level of a perma right? I mean I know my friend said he’s been banned like 15 times and he’s still here so why am I getting a perma ban

i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.

24 Hours communication bans are unappealable...all other bans are able to be appealed (well, except mostly with perma bans) as far as I am aware
