If you are an adult and you do not know the parental control code for your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to the following link and sign in with your account (it's important to note that it must be an adult account for this to work):

2. Choose your Xbox 360 console. If it's not in the list, add it by entering its serial number.

3. Click the option to reset the passcode. This will provide you with a button sequence and a unique reset code for your console.

4. On your Xbox 360, go to Settings > System Settings > Console Settings > System Info.

5. Input the button sequence provided by the website. Your console may restart a few times. Once complete, you will be able to use it without parental control.
