I was lied to by the enforcement team...

On 08-23-17 I recieved a notice shortly after sending another player a message with a little bit of good old fashioned trash talk ( like xbox live says is okay) and within 30 seconds got a message saying I was communication suspended. 3 days later on the
26th I got another message saying I was suspended from multiplayer. When I looked on the enforcement page it said each one was for 2 weeks and would be unbanned from multiplayer today (the 9th) at about 5:30pm.

So today, when I checked back, it no longer said a date that my suspension would end but instead a new message saying my account was permanently suspended in front of the explanation of my "temporary suspension".

And now it has no offer to appeal the decision! This is outrageously unacceptable! My gamertag is over 11 years old and now all of a sudden I'm banned permanently after I was told it was already decided that it was temporary!? That's double jeopardy! I was
tried twice for the same "crime"!

Here are the details:

It says it's for "harassment, abuse, or threats towards other players...activity may include written or verbal abuse, griefing or trolling, threats, extortion, network manipulation, dissemination of another person's personal information, or other attempts
to harass or coerce other players on xbox live".

Now here's my message: "Funny how you actually start trying once someone teabags you. Pretty indicative that your ego is the size of texas to protect your self esteem which is the size of a pea. You're garbage, you just had a team that didn't consist of
complete idiots. You're forever my property, bitch."

It's simple trash talk; it doesn't make any threats, it's no more abuse than trash talking is defined as, it's not griefing or any of the other stuff that they claimed it was.

If I would have recieved a clear warning stating that another violation would lead to a permanent ban then I would never have trash talked again! Help a guy out here, this is ridiculous! Xbox live used to be the wild west where people were trusted to hold
their own, now it's this crazy place that apparently doesn't allow for any type of competitive talk at all!

I've had this account for over 11 years, have thousands of dollars invested into it and I swear, if someone will just repeal this ban, I will never say another negative word to anyone on xbox live again! This needs to be investigated because the original
justice was changed on a whim without notification AFTER the ORIGINAL decision!

Hello enforcement team my friend got Com banned for asking another player to leave her alone because he said trash and the enforcement team unlawfully combanned my friend all because another pleyer lied about my friend talking smack.

 

Suspended for NOTHING !

Nevermind, I can still play multiplayer at least but I think I'm forever a mute.

That's better than nothing, I'll take it I guess. Even if I wasn't a mute I still wouldn't talk trash anymore though...

Okay, makes sense. Thank you! I feel pretty dumb now, I'm really getting how serious everything has become in recent years with the development of the Enforcement system. It's really a 0 tolerance type of environment now! I posted my original message that
got the Enforcement's attention to be extremely honest with everyone. I never considered that type of trash talk to be anything more than immature rivalry over player skill between one manchild and another. I've most definitely now gotten the point that this
is not at all seen as acceptable on Xbox Live.
