    I was invited to the program 2-3 weeks ago and I still haven't receive a service message ...


    I was invited to the program 2-3 weeks ago and I still haven't receive a service message on what to do next. tech support told me to come here for help. I was told it might take a couple days before I receive the message but its been 3 WEEKS PLEASE HELP!!!

    i cant get xbox one preview program

    my friend invited me 4 weeks ago to the preview program. i still haven't seen any messages. ive been on xbox live for 7 years. ive never done anything wrong. and my account is clean what can i do

    Hey there AtomicDonkey28

    Due to the high volume of invites being sent to the preview team it may take longer for your invite to be processed, also just because you recieve an invite doesnt gurantee entry into the preview program. The only advice i can give you is just kepp checking
    your messages for the acceptance message on your console. Thanks ArkhamKnight895

    Hi DodderyComa4,

    Sorry you haven't received your Preview Program app message yet. Please know that just because you're invited does not guarantee you access to the preview app. If you have been accepted into the Preview Program you will receive a message on Xbox Live
    with instructions on installing the Preview App. Please allow this 2-3 weeks to come in. I think technically it's stated a week, but due to the high saturation of players wanting access, I've seen it take well over the week.
