I was invited to the Preview Program, but have not received a message?

Hey there, RWF1984! The preview program has slowed down sending invites out dramatically. If you have not, received an Xbox Live message, then you have not been accepted into the preview program. Keep an eye out on your messages for an invite sent to you!

You have to have someone who is already in the program invite you to the program. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you would receive a message through Live with the link to download the preview program. If you have
not received a message, then you have not been accepted.

Sorry to hear it guys. Prestidigitator, if you have not received a Live message with instructions to download the app then perhaps you have not been added to the program yet.

Phone support is not able to tell who is in the preview program and who is not.

Please remember that an invitation to the preview program does not necessarily guarantee access to the program. All invitation are currently being processed in waves so please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for further information as that
is the only place you will receive messages regarding the preview program.

im also having problems i have the app but it says i will recive a service message soon on xbo one but no message any help would be brilliant my gt is

If you were invited to the preview program please let it go a few days before getting your message. I would imagine that due to the extremely high volume of requests to be in the program, there is a backlog of people wanting in. If you don't get it after
a few days ask that friend for another invite, if that doesn't work, then post back here and let us know.
