I was invited to the Preview Program, but have not received a message?

2 Days ago my friend invited me to the Preview Program. 24 hours go by, so I contact Xbox Support and they review my account and tell me that I have received and accepted the invite, and should've received the message from Xbox Live with the link to download
the app. However, I have not.

So they then told me to go on to the Preview Early Access forum, which unfortunately I cannot access, I have tried many different forums that they have sent me.

I would appreciate it a lot, if someone could post my Gamertag, , onto the Early Access forum and have Xbox re-send me the message with the download link as I cannot access the page myself. Thanks.

Been invited to Preview Program several times but no message or email

I have been invited to the Preview Program multiple times but have not received an email or Xbox Live message, I also can't access the Preview forums.

I was invited before for the Halo 5 beta but forgot to join the program and I received a message then that has since expired.

I was invited to the preview program on about tuesday. and i have had xbox support verify that i am invited. however i have not received a message on what to do next. Please help.

If you were invited to the preview program please let it go a few days before getting your message. I would imagine that due to the extremely high volume of requests to be in the program, there is a backlog of people wanting in. If you don't get it after
a few days ask that friend for another invite, if that doesn't work, then post back here and let us know.

 

Alright thank you Hydro, I will be sure to post back on this forum if I haven't got a message in a couple of days. I was just confused, as the Xbox Support said that I should've had a message within 24 hours, but I will be sure to wait a couple of days and

im also having problems i have the app but it says i will recive a service message soon on xbo one but no message any help would be brilliant my gt is

It can take up to a month before you get your message confirming you've been accepted, and also an invite doesn't guarantee you'll be accepted so please keep that in mind.

 

The xbox support reviewed my account and confirmed that I had been accepted, just hadn't received the message with the download link.

R9shift customer support or chat support does not have access to whether you were accepted or pending admittance to the preview program.
