I was invited but ça not see the message on Xbox one

Support are nothing to do with the preview program & wouldn't know if you have been sent an invite or not.

All you can do is wait,if you get in then you'll receive a message,if you don't get in you will not hear anything.

The support my insurant that I received the message with the code but I had no message or the notification I looks tt in daytime I know not so has a bug there but I have none answers of the technical support

Just because you were invited does not guarantee that you will be accepted.

If you were accepted then the messages go out in waves & there is a bit of a backlog at the moment so you need to be patient.

Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see any notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

First open the notifications tab on the console and make sure to clear out any notifications you see so we can start fresh.

Then try the following.

1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

2. Remove your profile from the console.

3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications, then test to see if the notifications are popping up again.

If that doesn't work, let's try to clear the Alternate MAC and see if that helps.

1. Go to Settings

2. Under Network click on Network Settings

3. Click on Advanced Settings

4. Click on Alternate MAC address

5. Select Clear

Your console will then restart, after the restart go ahead and try to see if it works for you then.
