    I was Hacked

    It is against forum rules to post other users Gamertags in an attempt to "call out" or "name and shame" them. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

    The proper course of action in this situation is to File a Complaint, Block Communications and Avoid this user.

    If you believe your account was compromised in any way, it is your responsibility to IMMEDIATELY call XBox support and notify them, ask them to open an Unauthorized Access Claim.

    The chances of you being "hacked" are very slim.

    What RitzyBiscuit7 was referring to is a DoS attack, the attacker floods the IP address of the targeted device (usually an Xbox 360 console or a computer) with external, useless communication requests, thereby leaving it unable to connect
    to the Internet and, therefore, to Xbox Live. The attack is not directed at Xbox Live. Instead, it is directed at the IP address of the targeted device.

    did a chat with a support person who suggested I call the 800 number to talk to them but she said she suspected it was a "glitch" and I hadn't been compromised..........hope so.

    i was hacked

    All you have to do is contact Xbox Support and open an Unauthorized Access Investigation which will freeze your account and it usually takes u[ to 25 days for a complete investigation. You will be refunded for any purchase not made by you.

    Could you explain what happened? Cause you will find out MS does not believe (nor most posters here) that your account can be hacked...not in the sense you mean anyway.
