I was hacked, then banned off Xbox live for 9,999 years

Hi, I was playing Grand Theft Auto V online and out of no where I was signed out of XBL from someone in the UK. (I live in the U.S.) then when I was signed back in a second later it said my gamertag has been banned for 9,999 years, I don't know what to do,
it was my main account and I called Microsoft, they told me to contact you guys. And I can prove I was hacked

:)

Can a mod suspend my gamertag Mellerker39 for 9,999 years because of another hacker.

It was more shocking to me to see that the Flappy Bird leader boards are hacked,I'm sorry but nobody has a score of 9,999!

 

hackers cannot ban you only those in the PET can ban you if you want to find out WHY you were banned permanently post in the suspension/ban forums note that is only to find out why there do not reverse them and there is no appeals for bans sorry.

To add to what davemcfly85 said, if your account wasn't in your control when the incident leading to the ban happened, you can open an Unauthorized Access case by contacting your local Xbox Support number. If you're in the US, the number would be (800) 469-9269.
If you're in another country and feel comfortable telling us which one, you can leave a reply and someone will get you the number appropriate for your area.

If you feel the actions that led to the enforcement action occurred while your account was compromised or not in your possession, you may open an ‘Unauthorized Access’ case by contacting your local Xbox Support number. While we work directly

Also - when Enforcement takes action - it will show your account as logged in else where while they apply the suspension or ban.
