I was playing cod bo2 like any other day when a moder came on got my ip and threted to kick me off xbox completely. Im scared and i think im going to get off xbox for a while and also he was hrasing me. On top of that he is probably using something to
hide his ip and account any way. Im also kind of scared to report because he got my ip really fast. please help!!!!

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If he knocked you offline, then he did what's known as a denial of service attack, which is not a hack. You would need to contact your ISP so they can help you get back online and stay online.

Also contact your credit card company so they can shut the card down and issue you a new one.
