I was hacked and I know who hacked me

On Thursday I was hacked and I was able to cancel my credit card on the account pretty quickly although he changed all my information and password and everything. my friends told me he changed my gamer tag to F5 captain I made a silver account earlier and
looked at my friends list on that account, He removed everyone on my list and added 4 friends with the name F5 at the beginning except one which was [Mod Removed] who then admitted after i talked to him he hacked my account

somebody has hacked my account so i cant agree because it would ask me for the parental password of this person who hacked me . any help?????

 

Your account can not be hacked without you giving out personal details.

 

I Know he hacked my best friend because he gave him his email and then once he was on my friends account he messaged me asking if he could have my email and password to license transfer a game and i foolishly gave him the information thinking it was my friend.
I know it was a very stupid mistake on my part

 

Then at no point were you hacked.

What you did violates the code of conduct,even if it actually was your friend, and will probably get your account banned.

It sounds like you have given out your details to your friends quite often, to allow your friends to steal from microsoft.

 

No i have not given out my details to my friends quite often and if the account gets banned so be it but I just want him to be off the account because he is trying to scam people through the use of my account

 

You gave the account away the second you gave out your details.

In what way is he trying to scam people?

 

You will need to contact phone support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and open an unauthorized access case. In the future you should never give out the email and passwords to your account.
