    The D: Drive in my Windows 10 PC was renamed to "Project Cars 2" for some reason. I can't rename it back to "hard drive" because I don't have "Administrative Privileges" on my own pc. Anyways... how can I change the name back to what it was in the first
    place?

    Error 801540B7 when trying to download profile on xbox360 AND when trying to access family center PLUS unable to connect to xbox live through my profile

    about that, so 2 days ago, chat agent tony c asked me to have my family contact xbox live for 1 month codes for time lost/inconvenience. when my cousin called, they denied him. i chat with another agent and surprise surprise, their customer support system
    is down and cannot access my account!

    Everyone having problem with being unable to purchase items from marketplace or renew subscription.

    asking for a supervisor is not going to help you, they have the same tools that the agents do, many a supervisor has told me this in fact supervisors started denying my calls untill i allowed the agent to attempt to help me -.- so no don't ask for a sup
