    I was Given an XBOX Account Ban in error.


    I was given an Xbox account ban, what i feel is in error. I was given an account ban but i feel it is error. When I submitted my appeal for ask 'What caused this ban to occur?", effectively wasting it, there was a decision made and affirmed in about 90 minutes. There has been no details given. So I cannot fight against what I do not know I allegedly did. I have sent 14 emails in response to the email that gave out the decision, not one answered. I have tried calling support in an effort to reach someone, anyone to give me answers as to what I allegedly did and someone to start a conversation about it. I've done research and i have found that some accounts have attacked by some using a third party software that could send out ban spams through party chat and other open areas of communication. The only thing this has taught me is that the XBOX Enforcement Team is an ABSOLUTE power with NO CHECKS & BALANCES, because if they choose to ignore then it is exile, and there is no other way to contact the team as per support personnel. This is unjust, because what real time does it take review an account and submit an email with FACT based writing as to one has done to incur a ban.

    Right they are isolated and yet I have no way to attempt to prove my innocents because they chose to give out absolute decisions with no fallout.

    Yeah I know I lost a lot because this team just throws judgment out but when asked rationally what caused this to happen.

    I mean in their eyes I'm guilty until otherwise proven.

    Since I have to chose go start over and transfer what I can or attempt to hold my own and try to talk to anyone of importance.

    you get one review, once done thats it, there is NO way to contact them and they do not receive emails. if the review was upheld then thats it you have lost everything, all your games, dlc, everything. support cannot help as they are not allowed to, nobody on here can help as were all gamers only and nobody here can access anything.

    Basically the enforcement team are an isolated team, support are not allowed to contact them and there is nobody that can contact them.

    I totally understand where you are coming from with your complaints however to answer your inquiry, the only way to reach out to the Xbox enforcement team is through filing a case review. Other than that it is not possible to have anyone from the team to contact you.

    Rest assured that the Xbox enforcement team investigates every case and takes each case review into consideration when making an enforcement decision.

    I have a few questions to ask you... did you read my full issue? If so you see where I stated that Support personnel cannot do anything to help. And with the lack of support from the support team (weird) if the enforcement team choose to ignore or not reply to various emails then the account holder is stuck at their whim to choose to have a discussion or not... THAT is my overall complaint, that the team can isolate theirselves after putting a decision out with zero evidence or facts given to the account holder. And when given over a dozen emails in response asking for facts, evidence, or details and just to be ignored because the only allowed "case review" was used to ask what caused the ban to be instated to begin with. What I am asking is have someone, anyone from the enforcement team to reach out to me and discuss this even though through their silence they refuse to.
