    I was given a code for the preview program app but I still can't participate


    I was given an xbox one preview program code to be a beta tester and I downloaded the registration app and then pressed join. I got a pop up message saying thanks for joining and I'll get a service message on my xbox one soon. I've been waiting for nearly
    a month and I still don't have it nor am I part of the preview program yet?.. can you help me out please. My gamer tag is IRON WOLF714

    Is there a private forum section for the people who participate in the Xbox One Dashboard Preview program? I'm in the program, but can't find any forum for it. I remember Xbox 360 preview program had a private forum. If there is one, can someone tell
    me where to find it or how I gain access?

    Never joined preview program but still go an Preview update

    Was never interested in preview program on Xbox as its my happy place don't want to try untested software, but xbox still dropped an update anyway. Which made my Console laggy, buggy, feedback pops, store search is a mess and cant buy World of tanks in app
    Addons and so on....

    So now that I am already into preview program so atleast give me an access to Preview program app as now When I open the app it says, "This app is for xbox preview program members only"

    Sorry to hear it. I don't think anything can be done to help with this. It is stated that the codes for this particular beta were not to be given, sold or traded. Any attempt to do so could result in expulsion from the preview program and may also include
    not being able to participate in future programs.

    skiddyskd, I'm using the 10547 preview build also. Xbox App version 9.9.16003.0000. I'm also participating in the Xbox One Preview program. This issue is new and very annoying. Still no fix available.

    No, I am not actively participating in the Preview Program. I joined for a very short stint a few months back, but backed out. So basically I was accepted, participated, have the app on my console, but un-enrolled and no longer receive the updates.

    Has there been any information indicating participating in the preview program may have caused it? Any word on a resolution to this very irritating issue?
