I was falsely temporary banned and my xbox360 gamerscore was reset

Basically in june 2017 i was apparently banned for tampering or modding my account, in such cases i believe there was a glitch on microsofts end for them to take action or an hacker that has breached my account which caused the ban to take place, and the
active ban said i have been temporarily banned from xbox communications and features, but after this ban was over i was reset on my xbox360 gamerscore and i also couldn't earn my achievements back on certain games that was reset back to 0%. and on the xbox
one it still says i have these achievements unlocked but on the xbox360 and backwards compatible it says there not unlocked, and if i put a new game in i can unlock achievements for those. but the ones that got reset i cannot unlock them again. i feel like
i am being scammed by xbox or there is someone abusing there power at microsoft, i am an innocent person who likes to earn achievements and get my gamerscore. and to be honest i don't feel like buying the xbox one x now because of this mistake.

if microsoft support or enforcement team could please sort this out, please otherwise i want a refund for all the games that was reset or i am taking legal action to court as this is suspicious activity of fraud, there wasn't enough evidence to why i was
reset, it just stated why i had been banned which isn;t enough evidence. it just said i tampered with an account, but that isn't specific enough.

How does one mod their Gamerscore and avatar?

Modding of gamerscore and/or avatar is a direct offense of the Xbox ToS and is subject to a gamerscore reset and/or temporary ban

I can't get any achievements and I've lost my old ones I need help I've called Microsoft and have talked to 6 different representatives can't find a resolution please I really need a resolution my account giggle giggle69.

You can't submit a case review in the case of Gamerscore reset.

I got an email saying I was permanently banned. Is this false? I've only had a temporary ban one time before so how long will my account be banned?
