I was falsely banned permanently.... I don't know what to do anymore....

Hello. My gamertag is NyxSilvermoon.
This just happened to me on October 25th, 2023. No one is getting back to me. I've tried the appeal but was denied almost immediately. I've contacted them through the feedbacks. I've tried contacting customer support through the phone and Twitter, but they keep giving me the same answer. Just have to wait it out. I check my emails daily, twice a day. Hoping and praying they would respond back to me, but so far nothing... I've spent over 2 thousand dollars just this passed year and I've been playing for years! I agree with you. If my account is gone, I want all my money back as well. I didn't do anything with fraud or against their rules. I have 3 children, ages 6 (now, 5 at the time of incident), 8 and 10. All of them have their own account that they can not get permission for new games that's outside of their ratings without me. I'm the only person who can give them permissions for new games, to buy things, etc. So it's not just effecting me but also my kids. Even though they do have their own accounts, they don't have game pass because we just can not afford them to have it. Because of that, whenever there is a game they want to play that can only be accessed by game pass, they use my account. So I'm not just loosing my account but also my kids'. I'm stressed enough by being a mother and look to xbox as a way to release some stress. Now that's its been taken from me for something I didn't do, is outrageous(trying to keep it pg but is a very good word to describe it.) And I'm at a loss.... I would want all my money back if my account is completely gone and since my kids' accounts are effected by this, they would all have to get new accounts as well so I would want my money back from their accounts as well. So we're looking for about approximately 4 to 10 thousand dollars or more over the last 4 to 5 years......

How do you know its a false ban?

Yes, even other ways to find out why its false. Look at the recent games, that player probably hasn't played the game, and they were reported on it, you can see they haven't played the game. In that case, what the hell happen? Yea it can be
a month ago, but I'm talking about now, look at recent reports, I don't understand anymore. Ban the real cheaters.

EDIT: You can even see that they don't have that game they were banned on, seems fishy huh?

If your previous account has been permanently banned I don't believe there is any way to get that old gamertag back as there is no way to delete a gamertag unless it gets recycled, but I'm not sure if ms even does that anymore and if they do we don't know
any of the details of when or what gameratgs get recycled.

Most suspensions or bans are unable to be lifted, as the Enforcement Team knows what they are doing and would never ban for a false reason. There are many people out there who play normally, and are not banned, but you cheated somehow and you are now suspended.
Usually hacking/cheating bans are permanent, so I personally think you should just wait it out.

My account was permanently suspended for not reason ive only got suspended 3 times the third one being the permanent I don't know what I did I feel like I was falsely reported
