    I was falsely banned and I've tried everything to get my account back


    My main gamertag is SwiftPup5753850 and I was banned during the FOR HONOR open beta. I believe it happened on the last day(Fe 14) I was playing a match with my friends and one of the opposing guys joined our party and started being rude. We kicked him and
    I think he got his friends to report us because my friend F4wn Tech got banned for 2 weeks and I got banned permanently. Please I've tried everything and I really don't wanna switch consoles as I've been with Xbox for about 5 years. I love the games and It's
    a great community to be apart but please if there's an enforcement member out there please help. I've been banned since February and it sucks losing all of my progress, gamerscore, digital games, xbox live and all because I got mass flagged by trolls. Please
    help me. I've filed a case review and it was denied I told them this exact story to. Please help.

    I've tried everything.

    My main problem is with Microsoft Jigsaw. I've tried almost everything suggested on the community boards. I ran the the App Troubleshooter multiple times. Every time that I did it would tell me that the Windows Store Cache may be damaged.



    I ran the Win Key + R fix with WSreset. After the Store opened again, I would run the app troubleshooter again and it would say that the problem was fixed until I closed the Store.

    Potential Issues that were checked:

    Microsoft account required Issue not present

    Temporary Internet files location has changed Issue not present

    User account Control has been disabled Issue not present

    What does this mean? I have no idea. I have a Microsoft account. I need to know what these issues are and they're not addressed.

    I bought many of the Jigsaw collections and they just disappeared. I clicked the 'downloadable collection' option, but as it's opening the entire game window shuts down.

    In desperation I tried deleting all of my Windows/Xbox games then reloaded them as many people suggested. NOTHING! It's all the same.



    I've even tried renaming the Cache folder name. It didn't work. Does anyone have any clues as to what's going on and what I can do to fix it? I feel like I'm going crazy now. LOL

    Thank you all for your support. I have an HP system and I'm wondering if it has something to do with one of the HP programs, but it's not specified. If you have any ideas, let me know, please. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    If you have already filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there's nothing else you can do,the account will remain permanently banned.

    How do I go about getting a wrongfully and permanent banned account back???

    Yes my whole microsoft account had been banned from xbox live and everything and I've spent alot of money on buying dlcs and games on the account that's been banned and I can't download or access the games or the account on anything do what do I have to do in order to get my account back or regain full access to my account and I've tried to appeal and everything else however I still haven't got my account back yet at all and I swear on my loved ones and on my ancestors Graves that I didn't do anything wrong at all to even get my account banned at all and it was an enforcement action that happened

    Filing false complaints will not get you banned. All complaints are investigated, and only acted on if the complaint is valid. If you were banned, you can have that decision reviewed by going to the enforcement site, but if found to be a valid ban, you will
    not get your account back and everything on that account is lost.
