I was false banned because a friend reported me alot "as a joke"

about 2 months ago i decided to join the xbox insider program which was fine, until my "friend" SilentNinjaKian decided it would be funny to spam report me for "cheating" even though i wasn't doing anything of the sort i was playing minecraft with my friends
then suddenly i get an email saying my account has been banned for cheating. It was only a week ban but this false ban has also caused me to be removed from the xbox insider program aswell. I hope this can be sorted out and hopefully i can be put back in to
the insider

Doesn't matter if your friend only reported you as a joke,you got suspended because you were caught violating the ToU/CoC.

You don't get suspended for no reason,in fact your friend could get into trouble for abuse of the reporting feature.

As an ambassador you would know that any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued.

You can not be in the Insider program if you have had any enforcement action on your account within the past 12 months.

You can also expect to be removed from the ambassador program as you can not be an ambassador if you have had any type of enforcement action.

The enforcement team isn't on the forums, so they will not help you here.

Naming and shaming isn't allowed, so please don't do that.

If you feel that your ban was unfair, head over to
http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and submit a case review from there.

A PET will look into your ban then.

 

As an Ambassador you should already know this is not how the system works.

 

multiple reports does not result in a ban. The system is not automated. To receive a ban you would need to violate the Code of Conduct.

 

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer that a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
