  1. I was directed here by phone support regarding Murderd: Soul Suspect.


    I have gone through the dedicated thread for Achievement issues and submitted the survey, I have spoke with support on twitter, and support over the phone. I have been directed here by the phone support agent. This past Sunday (05/22/16) I completed the
    game Murdered: Soul Suspect to 100%. The achievement "Ronan's Story" refused to unlock (only showing 100% Done! Unlocking...). I read the forum post dedicated to this and performed all the steps regarding the issue and waited 72 hours as directed. 72 hours
    passed by and no change so I filled out the survey. I havent seen any change since filling out the survey on Wednesday 05/25/2016. This is when I contacted support via twitter, they told me the survey will lead to my issue being corrected but thatwas over
    24 hours ago. I then called the support team who also assured me the srvey would correct the issue but then advised I post my issue here as its been four days with no resolution. I can supply a photo as proof of the status of the achievement if needed. I somehow
    unlocked the achievement for unlocking all other collectible achievements but this one appears stuck.

    I am going to preface this with a plea. I realize I have recently posted this in the "accounts" forum. However, xbox phone support directed me to post it again here. My last post was reported by an xbox ambassador for being a repost,
    even though xbox phone support told me to post again with updated information, specifically seeking the aid of an xbox programmer or member of the achievement team, who I was told would see the post in about 72 hours.

    Because I have children and a life, I will not be typing an entirely new post. From here on will be a repost of my last thread. Please do not report it, I really need someone helpful to see it, and I've spent my entire day on the phone with support and in
    forums. I will make my repost the next comment. I beg of you... Please don't report it. I cannot handle it right now.

    This has been copied and pasted from my previous post. It is meant to provide information to any future agents who assist me. Please do not flag this as being a repost. I am only trying to cover all of my based and do what Xbox Support told me to do. I do
    require being berated or belittled by any more Xbox Ambassadors. This is meant for a member of the xbox achievement team or programmer. Thank you.

    "My name is Patrick. I'm a 29 year old disabled veteran and full-time student. My gamerscore is randomly 17,000 points less than what it was. I grinded very hard to get my gamerscore over 100,000. Now, for no reason, it is 88,645. Yesterday, I clicked on
    my achievement page on the xbox one, and every game said 0/0. I restarted my console, and then the achievements were all there, as they should be, but the total gamerscore still says only 88,000. I took a calculator and literally tallied up every achievement
    I have, checked my math twice (as well as photographing my math) and got a total of 105,768 (17,000 points higher than what it says now).

    I contacted xbox technical support, who have never heard of this happening, and said they will call back tomorrow. They didn't. When I called back today, a man told me that the xbox enforcement team had to have done this, and that they must have evidence
    that I am a cheater. His manager, Ceaser, told me that the xbox enforcement team does this all the time, and does not need to file a report. I checked the enforcement website and verified that there had been no action taken. The next person I spoke to over
    the phone told me that the xbox enforcement team would've sent a notification, and confirmed with me that this was not an action taken by the enforcement team, and that I would need to find a programmer through forums.xbox.com in order to have this resolved.
    An xbox ambassador has seen my previous post and has confirmed by looking at my achievements that my gamerscore was clearly not wiped by the enforcement team. I know it is a lot to ask, but if one of you awesome programmers could look at my achievements and
    tally them up, you will see that it should add up to over 105,000.

    I have a picture of my gamerscore from exactly 56 days ago, when I first broke 100,000. Since then, I have accumulated approximately 5,000 GS. I tried hard reset, removing and adding my account, signing in and out, resetting router, and wasting my breath
    on the phone with support.

    Yes it appears to be Games for Gold games, as i tried Murderd Soul Suspect and this has the same issue - however over games like Overcooked work absolutly fine. Is there a know issue where when Gold goes to Ultimate Pass, it wont allow you to play Gold games??

    Ive accesed the Contact page many times and have gone round in circles so many times with no helpfull information. Is there a link to live chat or phone number i can call? Twotter dont appear to respond and Im at a loss on how to access games which i should
    rightfully be able to access as a long standing Xbox Gold / Ultimate member?

    Since your other threads are not locked, it's best to keep any discussion in your original thread instead of creating duplicate threads. As already stated, it's most likely a glitch which will fix itself. Or it's a gamerscore reset. You would need to go
