I was declined a refund regardless if I played under the limit

I tried the Capcom 2nd Stadium Saturday Slam Night for four minutes but I played the other games in Capcom 2nd Stadium such as Mega Man games more. Only overall I only played the Capcom 2nd Stadium for 46 minutes. I refunded within the day of purchase.

My refund declined for a game I didn't play and or buy but my refund got declined and I don't know how to get it back. And I also filled out the refund thing wrong on accident.

Thanks for the quick reply. I went under achievements and stats says 0% and no stats to show. I did request a refund but was declined but I would like to know why.

I had my refund declined too. say they dont do digital refund. but they refunded me fifa 21 3 weeks ago. makes no sense. I have clips of bugs, game crashes, a glitched out mission that cant be finished. Yet they say no refund because ive played the game.
of course ive played the game! wouldnt know if its buggy if i didnt play it. Not sure what to do now though since they declined it and i cant do another refund claim

Hey Jesse sorry to get back to you so late my refund has been declined because I've maxed out my refunds. I refunded the skins before but got declined for the same reason but were still taken away from my after they were declined
