I was communication banned. I have no idea why and I've already checked code of conduct. Pls ...

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so you were probably suspended for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

Yeah i "broke" the code of conduct, but actually i think "the enforcement bot team" is more broken

i'm not a kid i know there is legit ban where i injured people (only toxic and glichers especially in ranked) but this ban is one of the worst i've seen in the xbox community and in my xbox experience

the cycle must be broken things have to change ( replace enforcement by a cs:go overwatch where reported people are examined and the guy actually see what happenned, who did what, when, in which game,maybe why, and actualy punish provocation

this to me seems more fair than "enforcement bot team" and complete the code of conduct i'ts like a law isn't it ? so why it isn't complete ? the guy who wrote it was a slacker ?

the code of conduct says that using exploit or dysfunction is forbidden is it really effective ? because in a lot game i encounter glichers even in ranked play so maybe start taking care of this ?

apparently people dont understand. The play Violated it first and He is still able to send messages I checked with another account, the other person should be banned as well or my ban should be lifted. This isn't very fair to the community, they really need
to update the code of conduct and read full conversations before banning players. I've already submitted it for review and talked to support which let me to the forums with the case #. You can tell me things I already know but it's rediculous I'm banned and
they arent when we both broke the Code of Conduct.

I think that it should depend on how old or young the person is in order to get someone banned for foul language. If I'm playing an M+ and curse I shouldn't get banned. But I did Bully the perason after they called me "Bad" 5 times in a row. Really would
like the other person banned or mine lifted since they arent banned.

Bans/suspensions are only handed out after an investigation and arent always given out the same day as the actual offense because these investigations can take time as they get lots of reports everyday.

So that usually means they found more infractions while you were already serving out your current suspension

Are you kidding me? I've paid enough money already! I pay for online gaming and support the code of conduct, The code of conduct is not being supported by other players. I want this to change. How I want it changed is with the £200 from me and millions
of other online gamers that have contributed. Now take your stock exchange idea somewhere else.
