I was chat banned and I can’t get any answers

I was cut off from contact with my group of friends last night in the middle of a game.

Chat was loud and goofy, but not offensive. I was laughing along and sending a text chat to a friend with the abreviation for laughing. Suddenly, I couldn’t send messages. They couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t even chat inside the game.

I have a notice from Xbox about a code of conduct violation, but my only option from the “enforcement team” is “Acknowledge your code of conduct violation and provide some quick feedback to get back to gaming”

I can’t have a case review because the suspension time is too short, which although understandable from a time-frame stand point is valid, I have NO IDEA what I did wrong.

I can’t make good choices and not say the wrong thing if I have no idea what I said.

Did someone report me? I don’t want their name I just want to know.

Everytime I try to contact support I am given the same reccomendations of the Enforcement team, or a bot, I even tried to ask a gamer. I can’t contact support, and I don’t want to acknowledge a violation that I have no idea the content of.

The enforcement details are vauge and unhelpful.

I just want to play with my friends,

not get banned for laughing.

So..... where do I go for answers?

The bots don’t help, and the “community gamers” tell me to head to the Enforcement Team. The Enforcement team has no way for me to contact them because my violation was so minor I dont get to know what it was or ask for a review.

What can I do?
